Fine dining. Sought-after mid century modern Planner Group dining table in solid maple designed by Paul McCobb and made by Winchendon Furniture Co., Massachusetts in the 1950s. Features a solid maple dining table and 2 table leaves that add an extra 20" of dining space. Solid wood frame with original finish. Cleaned, restored and sealed with an oil and wax finish. Ready to host family dinners, game nights and special occasions for decades to come. Set of 2 dining chairs sold separately.

Meet the Maker: Best known for his furniture, Paul McCobb was an artist turned prolific modern designer. Manufactured by the Winchendon Furniture Company, his Planner Group collection was among the best selling contemporary furniture lines of the 1950s and was in continuous production from 1949 until 1964. Condition: Good. Small scratches to top of table on far end and along sides (shown in photos). Slight cracks on seats of chairs (also shown in photos).
